All participants, staff, and stakeholders are expected to:

- Participate actively and positively in workshops, events, and discussions.

- Adhere to the policies and guidelines related to the activities and events organised by Poetry Prescribed.

5. Safeguarding and Well-being

Poetry Prescribed takes the safety and well-being of all participants seriously. Therefore, we expect everyone to:

- Report any concerns regarding the safety or welfare of individuals to the Director or designated safeguarding officer immediately.

- Support an environment where individuals feel safe to express their feelings and seek help if needed.

6. Consequences of Violating the Code

Violations of this Code of Conduct may lead to disciplinary action, which can include:

- Verbal or written warnings

- Temporary suspension from events or workshops

- Permanent removal from Poetry Prescribed programs and services

7. Reporting Violations

If you witness or experience behavior that violates this Code of Conduct, you are encouraged to report it. Complaints can be submitted via email to poetryprescribed@gmail.com. All reports will be treated confidentially and investigated promptly.

8. Acknowledgment and Agreement

By participating in any activities organised by Poetry Prescribed, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this Code of Conduct. Together, we can create a positive and enriching environment for everyone involved.
